Reef off the New Jersey coast
The northeastern of the two Middle Lump parcels, 57 acres about 18.6 nautical miles southeast of Hereford Inlet. Logged as tuna water — the lump sits far enough out that trollers cross it working the inshore tuna grounds, and it bends enough current to hold bait when the water is right.
It is characterized by sandy in the West part of it and sandy and shelly in the NE part of it.
