A navigation-buoy waypoint 7.5 nautical miles east-southeast of Sandy Hook. Open-water trolling around the mark turns up bluefish through summer, with false albacore and bonito showing when bait balls stack along the channel edges. Striped bass migrate through the area spring and fall.
