Buoy Area off the New Jersey coast
BA Buoy marks a mid-shore ground 12.6 nautical miles southeast of Sandy Hook. It fishes like the other Bight buoy grounds — trolling and casting around the mark for bluefish, bonito, and albies — with tuna an outside shot in strong warm-water years.
