1.5 nautical miles SE (102 degrees T) of the RW "S: buoy in the Channel (NJ-NY). Contains some obstructions that make this lumps as shallow as 4.5 feet deep where the surrounding area is 60 feet deep. Vertical jigging produces consistent action.
The area is completely muddy because of the Hudson River.
