Plain Area off the New Jersey coast
The southern High Bottom parcel, 341 acres and roughly a 20-nautical-mile run east-southeast out of Townsends Inlet. The broadest section of this raised ground gives fluke and weakfish room to spread; work the perimeter breaks where the bottom steps down.
The surrounding area is characterized with sandy material as a bottom type with isolated but described lumps.
