The original Cuma Lumps parcel, 25 acres about 2.3 nautical miles south-southeast of Corson Inlet — hub of seven scattered parcels that share the name from here to Great Egg. Quick to reach and quick to fish: fluke and weakfish on the lump edges, stripers passing through in the cool seasons.
The bottom characteristics are sandy and shelly material.
