Plain Area off the New Jersey coast
The northern Pineapple, a 68-acre ground just north of its double at 6.1 nautical miles north-northeast of Shark River. Half the acreage of the main ground but the same program — summer fluke on the sand, sea bass and tautog wherever the bottom firms up.
The surrounding area is characterized by rocky material as a bottom type.
