Plain Area off the New Jersey coast
1 nautical miles offshore of the beach from which it earns its name. Folows the Sewer line. To its South there is another sewer that constituies another good spot (see "Top of the Man" spot) The north shore grounds are most productive from April through November.
The surrounding area is characterized with sandy material as a bottom type.
