⭐ Specialty Events Tips for Wildwood
- •One-off and quirky events (polar plunges, kite festivals, mermaid parades) draw bigger crowds than their niche suggests — treat parking like a summer Saturday even off-season.
- •Registration-based events like plunges and fun runs usually offer cheaper pre-registration online than day-of signup.
- •Check whether the event has an official after-party or vendor village — at specialty events that's often where the real local flavor is.
- •Parking in Wildwood: Free street parking available away from boardwalk. Paid lots near boardwalk $10-25/day.
