What is the NJ FMBA Convention?

The New Jersey FMBA Annual Convention brings together firefighters, EMS professionals, and fire service leaders from across the Garden State. Held each September at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, this multi-day event combines professional development, legislative updates, and camaraderie. It's both a working convention with important union business and a celebration of those who serve.

The New Jersey Firemen's Mutual Benevolent Association has been advocating for firefighters since 1884, making it one of the oldest firefighter organizations in America. The annual convention is a cornerstone event where members gather to discuss legislation, elect leadership, and connect with brothers and sisters from departments across the state.
