This is a narrow, long slough less than 4 nautical miles E (90 degrees T) from the shore ( Fenwich Island) in Delaware. Summer flounder stack up in sloughs during hot weather.

The surrounds in East and West side of it there are several lumps very clearly marked in the NOAA charts. The bottom characteristics are broken sandy and shelly.
