About This Ground

So named because the area surrounds the R"2" buoy 5 nautical miles E from the barnegat Inlet. 1.5 nautical miles E of the E edge of Barnegat light Reef. Work the reef edges where predators ambush baitfish.

The surrounding area is characterized with sandy material as a bottom type with a reck in 1.5 nm SE of the buoy.
