🎭 Parades Tips for Long Branch
- •Claim curb space along the announced route 30–60 minutes ahead for big parades — locals set out chairs even earlier for the popular blocks.
- •The staging and dispersal ends of a parade route are the least crowded places to watch, at the cost of some pageantry.
- •Cross-street closures start well before step-off; park on the far side of the route from wherever you need to leave toward.
- •Parking in Long Branch: Municipal lot $10 weekdays/$20 weekends. Metered street parking available.
