Dear Melissa,

We just wanted to let you know, what a lovely time we had at Nicholas's Restaurant in Red Bank. We are sorry that we missed you and Nicholas, being you both had the night off on Tuesday, but a lovely young lady from Toms River couldn't have been nicer. She took care of my special needs, which I was very apprehensive about (my medical stuff) but no problem, she was terrific and she certainly went out of her way to accommodate me!

The waiters were also very attentive and a young man was to thoughtful talking to us about my husband, Stanley, being in World War II and thanked him for his freedom - you don't hear that too often - boy that was so nice, but that's how pleasant they were!

The food was truly delicious and the special presentation delightful. I had the Citrus Dusted Sea Scallops and Stanley the Wild Mushroom Soup, both very good. I could cut my Scallops with a fork, they were so tender!

For our Main Course, we both had the Whole Nova Scotia Lobster, out of the shell - the only way to have lobster in my opinion and they were cooked to perfection, so delicious, the best we ever had!!!

To end the delightful evening I choose the Creme Brulee Trio and my hubby had Peach Cobbler, both scrumptious!

I probably left some special details out--like the taste of the cold pea soup dusted with mint, delicious!

However, I'll end my thoughts on the wonderful evening and say -- Thank You So Much!

Sincerely,

Irene & Stanley Alencewicz
